I’ve led multi-million dollar organizations and some under $100,000. This diverse experience equips me to be highly adaptive to organizational needs, regardless of where you are in the journey.

Raised by a self proclaimed “chronic entrepreneur”, I know how precious a vision is to a founder. I believe the intersection of your passions and your skills is what the world needs from you and I’m here to nurture and protect your vision. I’m a systems nerd.
No kidding - I collected business cards as a kid - kept them organized in a neat little portfolio and carried them around. I think in charts and have a spreadsheet for everything. Do you work with nonprofits?
Yes! But not exclusively. I once heard someone say “Nonprofit is a tax status, not a business model”. My intention is to help your organization clearly articulate your intended impact, figure out how to measure that, and be thoughtful in maximizing it. Whether you’re a fast growing start up, an slow and steady nonprofit, or a solo-preneur, if you’re hoping to keep your mission as the focus, I’m your girl.
What if I don’t know what my impact is?
Boy, oh boy. You’re in the right place. This is basically my obsession and quite possibly the favorite part of my job. I LOVE to dig in with you (or your board or your staff) to help you clearly define impact in a way that is aligned with your mission and vision so that we can measure it effectively. This is exactly why my impact mapping tool was created!
Do I need to have a strategic plan already?
Nope! If you need one, we can certainly talk about how to create one together. But if you already have one and feel like you’re still spinning your wheels, I have a tool to score your strategic plan and make sure it’s built to help you succeed?
What if I have a small budget?
Hey, we all have to start somewhere, right? Truthfully, I suspect that smaller organizations stay closer to their work and their stakeholders. They are almost always at least as effective as the big names but don’t have the resources to make themselves stand out. I feel pretty strongly about equipping marginalized leaders to make and validate their impact. I’ve created a whole series of offerings in group contexts in order to provide high quality strategic planning at an accessible format and price point.
